Sarah joined the firm in 2013, after graduating cum laude from Creighton University School of Law with a focus on Business Law. She started her practice with a focus on business and commercial litigation, as well as estate and business planning. She has expanded her practice to include juvenile law, probate, family law and domestic relations matters.

Sarah takes pride in representing small business owners and local artists. Sarah recognizes the need many artists and organizations have for legal counsel who understands them and who has the business acumen to help them navigate the legal system.

She also has enjoyed helping clients navigate the complex and often times emotional fields of juvenile law, family law and probate.  Sarah understands that each case is unique, and she takes the time to get to know her clients so that she can help them attain the best outcome for their case.

Sarah is a member in the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association. Sarah currently focuses her practice in the areas of juvenile law, family law, probate, and civil litigation. Sarah is an avid supporter of the creative arts and is a board member of BFF Omaha, Inc., formerly known as Benson First Friday, Inc., a local non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the emerging artistic community.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and exploring Omaha’s art, food and music scenes.
