Keith represents a wide range of clients in all types of civil and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. He has a diverse trial and appellate practice representing individual and business clients with disputes or cases involving construction, corporations, partnerships, breach of contract, real estate and insurance matters. His practice involves personal injury claims as well as will, trust and estate litigation. He is an AV-rated attorney. Keith was appointed to and previously served on the Mental Health Board of the 11th Judicial District and, in 2010, he was appointed by the Governor to the Jail Standards Board where he serves as Chairman.
