A preeminent AV rated attorney, Woody Bradford is a founding member of Houghton Bradford Whitted PC, LLO. His practice is comprised of commercial litigation, business and tax litigation, personal injury litigation and criminal law. He has represented individuals in a variety of commercial and litigation matters from estate planning to real estate foreclosures, including debt reorganization, insurance disputes, creditor/debtor matters, and on behalf of taxpayers.

Woody is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and the American Association for Justice. He is a past president of both the Omaha Bar Association (1992-1993) and the Nebraska State Bar Association (1998). He is also a past Executive Council Member of the Omaha Bar Association (1987 – 1989 and 1991 – 1994), and served on both the Executive Council (1989 – 1995) and House of Delegates (1986 – 2001) of the Nebraska State Bar Association.

Woody has served as an arbitrator for over 25 years in disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions, employment of illegal immigrants, artistic services, crop failure, insurance, personal injury, professional malpractice and real estate contracts.

Woody has served as President of the Boards of Girls, Inc., Urban League of Nebraska and Omaha Schools Foundation, and presently serves as President of the Board of the Omaha Police Foundation. He was a founding member of the Tri-Faith Initiative and now serves as Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Nebraska.
