Richard earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and criminal justice from the University of Colorado Denver and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, where he completed a concentration in litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Nebraska, and before the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.  Richard maintains a broad general practice with substantial experience in criminal defense and youth advocacy.
