Nathan has extensive experience advising and representing clients in employment, labor, and benefits law matters. He has advised public and private companies, governmental and non-profit organizations, and individuals with regard to matters of wage and hour, discrimination, workers’ compensation, classification of employees, adoption and implementation of policies and procedures, employment and independent contractor agreements, executive compensation, employee benefits, non-competition and non-solicitation, termination of employment, protection of confidential and proprietary information, workplace investigations, and administrative proceedings and litigation concerning federal, state and local employment laws.

Prior to joining our firm, Nathan practiced law in New York City with international law firms for the first several years of his career, where he represented private equity funds, hedge funds, pension funds, venture capital funds and public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, tender and exchange offers, divestitures, spinoffs, carve-outs, take-private transactions and other debt and equity financings. Focused on the employee benefits and taxation issues concerning such transactions, Nathan was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for the New York Metro in the practice are of Employee Benefits/ERISA.
