Dave practices primarily in the Firm’s business and commercial litigation groups, and spends his days helping people and businesses solve problems and resolve disputes. Dave represents businesses and individuals that operate in a wide variety of industries, including construction and development, technology, architecture, engineering and other professional services, agriculture, real estate, insurance and finance.

Dave has an active litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice, and takes a pragmatic approach to helping clients meet or defend their objectives. He regularly handles claims and issues involving construction, professional negligence, commercial contracts, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, governmental investigations, administrative actions and complex business disputes. If you or your business are facing a unique challenge or opportunity, chances are that Dave has handled a similar case before. In addition to his litigation practice, Dave strives to be client-centric and service oriented, and serves as outside general counsel to several of his clients.

Dave graduated for the University Of Nebraska College Of Law and is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska state and American Bar Associations, as well as the ABA forum on the Construction Industry. Outside the office, Dave loves to spend time with his wife, chase his three active kids around, and hang out with family and friends, who are always gracious enough to remind him that life is a practice too. Whenever he needs an extra dose of humility, he plays golf.
