Aimee has a diverse background with experience as a private practitioner, in-house employment counsel, and Assistant Public Defender.  Since graduating from Creighton University School of Law in 2001, she has been handling a variety of civil and criminal cases and appeals in the federal and state courts and representing individuals and businesses in administrative and regulatory matters in Nebraska and Iowa.  Aimee’s practice focuses on civil litigation, particularly in the areas of employment and construction law, and assisting clients maneuver employment-related matters such as responding to discrimination or retaliation claims, conducting personnel investigations, and preparing employee handbooks.

Aimee is a current member of the Nebraska Bar Association House of Delegates and the Nebraska Bar Association Lawyers Assistance Program.  She has served as the Chair of the Federal Practice and Procedure Committee and member of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association Conference Committee.
